What is a Giclée print?
Giclée (zhee-KLAY) is a fine art printing process using museum-quality archival inks on premium paper. The result is exceptional color accuracy, fine detail, and longevity — prints are designed to last over 100 years without fading when displayed properly.
What is a Canvas print?
Canvas prints are produced using archival inks on artist-grade canvas. With its texture and depth, canvas gives the closest look and feel to an original painting. Display it stretched on bars, or frame it for a more traditional presentation.
Which should I choose?
Choose Giclée Paper for a classic, gallery-framed look. Choose Canvas for a rich, painterly feel that works beautifully both framed and unframed.
Are your prints signed?
Yes — every print is hand-signed by Valerie B Gobeil.
How should I care for my print?
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from humidity. Frame Giclée prints behind UV-protective glass for maximum longevity.
How will my print be shipped?
Every print — whether Giclée paper or canvas — is carefully rolled around acid-free glassine paper, placed in a protective plastic sleeve, and shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard tube to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All orders are shipped via USPS.
